For years, brands turned off comments. Too risky. Too toxic. Too expensive to moderate. Talkbox changes that: AI moderation that understands the moment. Fan loyalty with interactivity, rewards and statuses. Compliance tooling for today's reality.

One hate speech incident costs more than a year of engagement revenue. Brands chose silence over risk.

7 safety categories scored per comment. Understands sports banter vs hate speech.

Real-time dashboard. Keyboard shortcuts for speed. AI recommendations on every comment. One-click approve or reject.
Every wireframe above maps to a real Studio surface that ships with Talkbox. Here's the functionality behind each one.
Per-topic KPIs (volume, approval rate, AI/human split, time-to-decision), trend charts over the last 24h/7d, top contributors, current backlog and SLA timers. The first surface a duty moderator opens at the start of a shift.
Only borderline comments land here - everything obvious is auto-approved or auto-rejected by the AI. The queue is scored, sorted and grouped by topic. Keyboard shortcuts: A approve, R reject, J/K next/prev, S shadowban author, P pin, U undo. Each item shows the AI's category scores, topic-proximity score, and the original comment in context.
Spin up a new topic by URL (paste a Reddit thread, news article or YouTube video and Talkbox extracts the headline + topic statement), by template, or by hand. Per-topic dials: moderation mode (pre/post-publish, off), threading, reactions, character limit, allowed media, AI tolerance, scheduled open/close times.
Live cross-topic stream of every comment as it's posted - approved, rejected and queued - with filter chips for state, topic, author, AI category, language and time. Pause, scroll back, pin a comment to investigate. Useful for incident response and for seeing the room as a whole rather than one topic at a time.
Search by handle, email or session id. Each profile rolls up history, AI flags, ghost/shadow-ban status, prior moderator notes and warnings issued. One-click silence (shadow-ban), timeout, permanent block, or escalate to legal export.
Choose the moderation model (any AWS Bedrock model with tool-calling), set the auto-approve and auto-reject thresholds, edit the org-specific system prompt addendum, choose silent vs visible rejections, set monthly budget caps with email alerts, manage operator seats and API keys.
Browseable reference for every endpoint - public, session-auth and operator. Live request/response samples, parameter docs, copy-paste curl. Pair with the embeddable web component for a 5-line drop-in, or wire the API straight into a custom front end.
Talkbox runs every comment through Amazon Bedrock. Any Bedrock-hosted model that supports tool calling is supported - swap models per workspace or per topic. The default is Amazon Nova Lite because it's the cheapest fit-for-purpose option; switch up when a topic needs heavier reasoning.

Per-call estimate assumes ~1,000 input tokens (system prompt, topic statement, recent thread context, user comment) plus ~100 output tokens (structured JSON verdict). Talkbox's prompt is conservative on context; real-world usage typically lands inside this envelope. Heavier topics with longer chat-history context can run 2-3× higher; lightweight chat topics often run lower.
Estimates only. Actual cost depends on prompt length, language, the proportion of comments routed to a heavier model for borderline calls, Bedrock region pricing, and any AWS volume discounts your workspace inherits. Talkbox passes Bedrock invocation cost through to your AWS bill - you control the budget cap and email alert threshold from Settings.
No credit card. No risk. Give your fans a place they can call their own.
